This basic package is for users who are interested in modifying a single page of important events, monitoring emails for the site and liaising with your ISP on web hosting issues.

Administer Email List Modify existing pages with new date.This package is for users who are interested in keeping their entire site up to date and growing, we will update the existing pages with additional data as supplied, monitor emails for the site, keep your subscribers updated with a monthly email newsletter (content to be provided by your organisation) and Administer a web board and email list to help keep you in touch with your clients. We will also liaise with your ISP on web hosting issues as they arise.

A full service package, we maintain and develop your website, create and maintain a database of your clients contact details, liaise with your hosting company and ensure your online presence is totally professional. † Fees are to be paid for six months, in advance.

The following services are available if you do not wish to purchase a web site maintenance package as outlined above.

We have endeavoured to provide a comprehensive maintenance service that will provide a professional web site for your organization. Other services that you may require which are not listed in this document can generally be arranged and pricing will be determined by quotation after discussion of your needs.All maintenance services under $100 monthly value must be paid six months in advance prior to commencement.All maintenance services $100 and less than $175 are to be paid three months in advance prior to commencement.All services totaling over $175 are to be paid monthly in advance prior to commencement. Additional services to be paid on completion.
